A representative for Tom Sizemore said Sunday that the actor is in critical condition after suffering a brain aneurysm.

He was hospitalized in intensive care after suffering the aneurysm around 2 a.m. Saturday. Sizemore’s manager Charles Lago described his condition as “wait and see”.

It has been reported that Sizemore, who is 61, has appeared in films like “Saving Private Ryan,” “Heat,” and “Black Hawk Down.” He has also been involved in drug abuse and law enforcement issues in the past.

As a result of his domestic violence conviction in 2003 against Heidi Fleiss, Sizemore pleaded no contest to using methamphetamine outside a motel in 2006. Sizemore was arrested in Los Angeles in 2009 for suspected battery on a former spouse, and again in 2011.

During production on the film “Born Killers,” a 26-year-old actress sued Sizemore, claiming he abused her as an 11-year-old. Sizemore denied the claim, and the lawsuit was dismissed.
