Hailey Bieber, Justin’s wife, gave an update about his health amid his battle with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which caused paralysis to one side of his face.
Justin Bieber shared on Wednesday that he’s doing well after his scandal where his dad believed to be a conman. “He’s going to be totally fine. This is just a really out-of-nowhere, weird situation,” Bieber told Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest during an appearance on Live With Kelly & Ryan.
Ripa mentioned the couple has been dealing with their problems, and then referenced Hailey’s hospitalization in April for a small blood clot in her brain caused by a TIA, or Transient Ischemic Attack, aka a “mini stroke.”
Ripa laughed, “You’re getting it out of the way. Maybe that means clear skies and smooth sailing ahead.”
Who do you think takes better care of the garden? The model responded, “I think I’m more regimented. I’m really on top of everything. But when [Justin] got sick he was a great caregiver — he slept with me in the hospital when I went through my issue. He was really there for me.”
Hailey said that despite the scary health issues in the past few months, the couple has gotten stronger. In time since, she explained, “The silver lining in the whole situation — what I went through, what he went through — is it really bonds you.” She added that they are close now than ever before, and they are trying to take everything as a positive experience.
Justin Bieber is still recovering from his shows of the Justice World Tour. AEG Presents released a statement on June 13 saying that Justin Bieber will resume the tour as soon as he feels he’s been able to continue. Details of the rescheduled MSG shows will be available shortly.
