Zendaya posted a black- and-white photo on Instagram Wednesday to celebrate Tom Holland’s 26th birthday.
She wrote “Happiest of birthdays to the one who makes me the happiest” on a photo of her and her co-star of Spiderman: No Way Home.
This is the first picture of Zendaya and Holland that she has posted on her Instagram account.
Fans and friends of the two quickly gushed in the comments section about how “cute” they looked. There were rumors of Zendaya dating Holland for years following their work on Spider-Man: Homecoming, which was released in 2017.
Zendaya talked in April 2010 about the support that Holland has provided for her as an actress.
Zendaya says, “I think it’s great to have that support and love around you, because you need that,” of having Holland help her separate herself from her hit HBO show, “Euphoria.” She also said “This job is hard sometimes, so it’s nice to get away from it every now and then.”
Holland told the Associated Press in December, “The biggest way is just companionship, you know, like two friends coming together, experiencing this world, going through the same problems at the same times, having a shoulder to cry on has been a huge thing for the pair of us.” He posted a photo of himself and his “MJ” on set to celebrate her birthday saying, “My MJ, have the happiest of birthdays. Gimme a call when you are up.”
