Ed Harris, who plays brutal businessman William in “Westworld,” will return to the show for Season 4.
Harris is committed to being a baddie on Westworld in the same gear he wore when committing the power villain.
“That damn white jumpsuit loony-bin deal wasn’t my favorite. It’s just nice to get back to the Man in Black Western outfit,” says Harris, 71. “This is what I signed up to do. I feel good in it.”
A critic of “Westworld” believes the seven-time Emmy-winning “Westworld” will ride again after critics have taken it to task for being too convoluted.
“I’ve talked to people who really loved Season 1, hung with Season 2 and then got a little lost in Season 3.” Harris says. “So I hope the audience comes back and checks out Season 4.”
Harris talks about “Westworld” evil, the “Top Gun: Maverick” jet flyby scene, and the worst opening line ever. He is interviewed by USA TODAY.
