Cardiff: David Hemson, a 51-year-old man in Swansea, Wales, has been sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison for “repeated, unwarranted and silent traffic jams.”

According to the details, this strange citizen has stood in the middle of the road in front of the main police station of Swansea City hundreds of times in the last seven years and has caused traffic jams.

He has been repeatedly warned by police and local authorities, and has been jailed nine times for causing traffic jams.

After completing his three-year imprisonment last year, he once again came to a halt in the middle of a moving vehicle on the same road, causing a traffic jam. Swansea police arrested him again.

It’s not deaf but it doesn’t talk much. Whenever he was asked why he was blocking traffic, he never answered.

Following Hemson’s latest arrest, the court ordered him to be examined by a psychiatrist to find out what was wrong with him, who repeatedly stood in the middle of the road and blocked traffic.

After nearly a month and a half of trying, psychiatrists were unable to find out from Hamston.

He was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison yesterday, but no one still knows the motive, motive and motive behind the repeated traffic jams.
