‘Starfield Direct’ has been delayed to June 11 from September 6

The Xbox Series and PC version of Starfield will launch on September 6, a delay from its originally planned “first half of 2023” release window, Bethesda Softworks and Bethesda Game Studios announced today.

The “Starfield Direct” broadcast is scheduled for June 11, which will reveal the latest information about the game. Here is Todd Howard’s message:

“Hello everyone, I am so excited that we have finally been able to tell you when Starfield will be released. “We have poured ourselves into this game and even I’m surprised at how much we can put into it—it’s huge. We’re playing the game all the time—shout out to lead producer Tim Lamb. Old-school fans may remember him from the Oblivion Making-Of video where he sits on the same sofa and does similar things.
