Colin Gray, the father of alleged Georgia school shooter Colt Gray, pleaded not guilty Thursday to a series of charges, including two counts of second-degree murder, connected to the deadly September shooting.

Colin’s plea was entered on his behalf by his attorney, Jimmy Berry, during a Thursday morning court session. Berry waived a formal arraignment, and Colin did not appear in person.

Colin, 54, was indicted on 29 counts, including two counts of second-degree murder and two counts of involuntary manslaughter.

Colt, 14, was arrested after allegedly open firing at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, on September 4, killing two teachers and two students and injuring nine others.
