The pop star was married on Thursday evening.
The ceremony took place at her home in Thousand Oaks, California. She wore a custom Versace dress.
The pair got engaged in September 2021. They first met in 2016 when Asghari co-starred in the video to her single, “Slumber Party.” This singer is married three times.
In an Instagram post on Friday, Spears revealed the nuptials.
“It was the most spectacular day,” Spears wrote. “I was so nervous all morning but then at 2:00 pm it really hit me … WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!!! I was excited and then got it together.”
She thanked the people who planned her al-fresco wedding for turning her home into a dream castle.
She said “The ceremony was amazing and the party was even better,”
On Thursday, Spears’ ex-husband, Jason Alexander, was arrested and charged with trespassing and battery after gaining unauthorized access to the wedding site.
Ventura County Police answering the call for trespassing at a residence. They were notified by members of the public to investigate. The suspect who was later identified as Alexander was according to Sgt. Cyrus Zadeh with the county sheriff’s office.
Security guards confronted Alexander when he entered the singer’s property, according to CNN. The two security guards were battered in the physical struggle with Alexander.
Zadeh said Alexander was arrested and charged with misdemeanor trespassing, two misdemeanor counts of battery, and a misdemeanor vandalism charge.
Spears was married for about 55 hours to Alexander, before the marriage was annulled. She also married Federline, with whom she shares two sons. Then, in 2006 she filed for divorce from him.
